Revert Underworld Back To Normal
Alright, I can understand how A/E farming has destroyed the Underworld. I will admit that I took part and still occasionally farm the area. However, I fear that the Shadow Form skill will be destroyed even further with the upcoming update. 50% less damage has made farming particular areas harder and more tedious, for some, possibly impossible.
I'm sure people who have ran the UW for so long, would rather revert the Chaos Plains back to normal. My suggestion?
Why not just block off the path to get to the Chaos Plains with Obsidian Behemoths every time? As far as I know, the only way to get past this before was to use Mark of Rodgort on a Behemoth that was farther away from the others to take out with a fire staff.
So, stock it up with four Behemoths that are always set in the same spot? Just a thought. Flame me if you want.

i think underworld should remain the same, maybe even harder to solo farm.
but SF was good as it was before.

I'm on the fence here. I don't like the farming (even though I do it when I'm bored), but I like randomness in my areas. I wish if anything there was more randomness. I guess I'd say /notsigned so that I can have some random.
BTW if they really wanted to kill the Chaos Planes farm they'd simply mix it so that when the Spectres spawn from any rider that there's 2 Mindblades for 1 Mindflay in each group. First time 2-1, second 4-2, third 6-3. You might be able to get through the 2-1 group with a cover enchant, but there's no way you could do the 4-2 or 6-3 group.

I agree , im pretty sure anet will reduce the duration so you cant perma maintain it but if so the damage reduction needs to be taken away. SF was fine before the buff when you could farm smites.

Because why shouldnt you abuse a still overpowered elite in a still easyily done area for an ever decreasing in price ectos so you can brag to your friends about how cool you are in your fow armour with chaos gloves.

Or they could just put a wall up before you get to the behemouths that you have to complete a certain quest to open up. Kinda like the first quest when you get in.

This should have been done 6 months ago. Seriously, what the frack was Anet thinking ("Well, we could do the obvious thing and just revert the duration, but we have to pretend we're knowledgeable and intuitive and perform some douchebaggery that no one expects!" Any player with half a brain could have told them they're method was borderline retarded. Also, why not just give Sig of Disenchant to the Mindblade Spectres? Why did they have to add the Mindflays or whatever? That was also stupid. Rant over)
On topic: No. I don't see how this would help at all.

As much as I like to admit that I rather do like the lower amount of A/E's around in ToA from the update, it still makes it rather hard for some other players.
Not everyone uses Ursan and I know that if I don't use it, I probably won't be able to get into most groups. But, like most of my guildmates, we prefer to use the oldschool farming builds to farm the elite areas.
The UW update with Mindflays has made this slightly harder and our guild team can no longer finish The Four Horsemen quest because of some strange happening. This has only started since the Mindflays have come.
Anyways, I would like it for the Mindflays to stay, it's nice to see monsters that can counter more than one profession (why did I say that? Of course they can, Mindflays are mesmers xP).

The last SF update did everything except nerf the A/E ecto farm. I think a whole new startegy is needed. Introducing more traps and blackness along the way to the chaos plains maybe the best way.
I dont care what the do with the new cursed riders as long as they stop the A/E farm.
